Leo had stage fright around cameras; Noah had envisioned an intimate, editorial look. I began their engagement session weeks early to build trust and develop a natural shorthand. On the day, I hung back with a long lens during the ceremony, only moving in close for detail work. The resulting images have the quality of documentary film stills.
